All Heroes can continue their movement after entering a sea field from a land field. If there is no Sea tile on the map, ignore this card and draw another one.
Economic Assets. Strength of muscles. Political connections. Magic. Al forms of power are the same. Seving a single purpose: giving its possessor a broader spectrum of choices. Alternative courses of action... inevitably, more of them are wrong.
